The Khortytsa distillery is a super-modern and one of the most powerful distilleries in Ukraine engaged in drinks production like vodka, liquor, wine, juice and low alcohol drinks. Up-to-date building technologies allowed to design and erect a complex of buildings, which impress with their cleanness, style and austerity within the 11-month period. Everything is planned to the smallest detail here.

The arrangement of departments satisfies the most up-to-date production requirements like observance of technology route, shortening of product and other communication lines, package, auxiliary materials and finished goods transportation lines, power consumption reducing, cargo-handling mechanization and manufacturing process automation.

The product quality is determined by many factors:

• perfect technologies,
• primary products used,
• auxiliary materials,
• state of equipment and its functioning,
• quality of glassware and package,
• observance of sanitary regulations and hygiene of labor,
• observance of manufacturing process.

These and other factors were assumed as the basis of ultimate perfection product manufacturing technique.

The crucial factor underpinning the absolute superior quality of Khortytsa vodka is extra high quality of the base spirit. The distillery uses only premium grain-based spirits from the top producers of Ukraine. They boast the highest tasting rates, which are achieved by saccharification of the soft boiled mass with malted milk, and not with ferments.

Alcohol quality per physicochemical indices is verified by the gas chromatography method. This method allows identifying the qualitative and quantitative structure of admixtures provided for by GOST (State Standard), thus permitting to determine the capabilities margin and accurately carry on the manufacturing process.

High quality of alcoholic beverages is based not just on high-quality alcohol, but also on composition of water used, because the clarity, taste, and storage stability of the drinks considerably depend on the analysis of water admixtures.

The end-to-end approach is based on integrity of bespoke water conditioning system, which was produced by СIТ company (California Industrial Technologies) on the basis of the results of source water analysis by 28 parameters.
