Construction and Development Holding Company DAFI is involved in the commercial property development on the commercial real estate market in the Eastern regions of Ukraine.

The Odessa retail warehouse park with the total building area of 100 000 sq.m. will extend over 22 Ha of our greenfield site along the 1st kilometer of the strategic Kiev-Odessa motorway. It will consist of a DIY store, a food hypermarket and a gallery of outlets. There are signed LOIв_Ts with the best-in-class worldfamous tenants for the park. The construction works are due to start in the first half of the year 2009.
